TADBIRKORLIKDA BARQAROR OʻSISH TRAEKTORIYASINI TAʼMINLASHNING NAZARIY-USLUBIY ASOSLARI

Аннотация

Maqolada tadbirkorlik subyektlarini boshlangʻich bosqichdan faoliyat koʻlamini samaradorlikni saqlagan holda tizimli kengaytirish va tashqi bozorga olib chiqadigan barqaror oʻsish trayektoriyasini shakllantirish muammosi oʻrganilgan. Bunda Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti Shavkat Mirziyoyevning 2026-yil 18-avgustdagi nutqi keys sifatida olinib, nazariy sintez va yoʻnaltirilgan kontent-tahlil qoʻllanilgan. Natijada moliyaviy kirish, boshqaruv qobiliyati, bozor integratsiyasi, kafolat va raqamli xizmatlarning oʻzaro toʻldiruvchanligiga asoslangan bosqichli model ishlab chiqilgan. Chora-tadbirlarning kutilayotgan integral taʼsirini ex ante baholash uchun meʼyorlashtirish, ekspert vaznlari, geometrik agregatlash, dominant cheklovni aniqlash va ex post verifikatsiyani birlashtiruvchi mualliflik uslubiy yondashuvi taklif etildi.
