Аннотация
Tezisda hududiy raqamli iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish boʻyicha xorijiy tajriba qiyosiy-institutsional yondashuv asosida oʻrganildi. Estoniyaning integratsion, Janubiy Koreyaning platforma va Xitoyning sanoat modeli xalqaro indekslar hamda rasmiy statistik maʼlumotlar orqali taqqoslandi. Natijada yagona standartlar, markaziy muvofiqlashtirish, hududiy ijro erkinligi va muntazam monitoring samarali rivojlanishning umumiy institutsional omillari sifatida belgilandi. Aniqlangan tamoyillarni milliy sharoitga moslashtirish hududiy axborot almashinuvini yaxshilash, proaktiv xizmatlarni rivojlantirish va raqamli industriyani qoʻllab-quvvatlash hamda natijalarni xolis baholash imkonini kengaytirishga yoʻnaltirildi.
