ЗАРУБЕЖНЫЙ ОПЫТ ЭКОНОМЕТРИЧЕСКОГО МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЯ ДИНАМИКИ ТРУДОВЫХ РЕСУРСОВ В РЕГИОНЕ
Аннотация
В статье представлен углублённый анализ зарубежного опыта эконометрического моделирования динамики использования трудовых ресурсов, с особым акцентом на влияние глобальной пандемии и экономических потрясений на развитие международного рынка труда. В исслед овании научно обосновано, что факторы экономической нестабильности в условиях пандемии оказали негативное влияние на устойчивость рынка труда. В частности, были выявлены основные структурные проблемы: рост безработицы среди молодежи, расширение неполной за нятости, увеличение доли неформальной занятости, а также неравенство в занятости по признаку пола и уровня квалификации. Каждая из этих проблем была эмпирически проанализирована с использованием эконометрических моделей на примерах различных стран. Это под черкивает важность оценки гибкости рынка труда в период глобальных кризисов, таких как пандемия, и разработки эффективных политических мер.
