QAYTA TIKLANUVCHI ENERGIYA DAVLAT-XUSUSIY SHERIKLIK LOYIHALARINI KO'P TOMONLAMA KAFOLATLAR ORQALI RISKLARDAN HIMOYALASH

Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada qayta tiklanuvchi energetika sohasidagi davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalarini ko‘p tomonlama kafolatlar orqali risklardan himoyalash masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilgan yirik energetika loyihalari misolida xalqaro moliya institutlari va kafolat mexanizmlarining investitsiya xavfini kamaytirishdagi o‘rni baholandi. Empirik natijalar xalqaro kafolatlar loyiha moliyalashtirilishini tezlashtirgani, investorlar ishonchini oshirgani hamda elektr energiyasi ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini pasaytirishga xizmat qilganini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari qayta tiklanuvchi energetikani moliyalashtirish samaradorligini oshirish, investitsion jozibadorlikni kuchaytirish va davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish uchun ilmiy-amaliy asos yaratgani bilan ahamiyat kasb etdi.
