KORXONALARDA ISHLAB CHIQARISH ZANJIRINI BOSHQARISH SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISHNING INSTITUTSIONAL MEXANIZMLARI

Аннотация

Maqolada korxonalarda ishlab chiqarish zanjirini boshqarish samaradorligini oshirishning institutsional mexanizmlari tadqiq etildi. Ishlab chiqarish zanjiri ishtirokchilari o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarni tartibga soluvchi huquqiy, koordinatsion, axborot va rag‘batlantirish omillari tizimlashtirildi. Institutsional mexanizmning makro, mezo va mikro darajalari ajratilib, ular o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik asoslandi. Qiyosiy institutsional tahlil, tuzilmaviy-funksional dekompozitsiya va normativ hujjatlarni tahlil qilish usullaridan foydalanildi. Tadqiqot natijasida ishlab chiqarish zanjirini boshqarishning uch darajali institutsional mexanizmi ishlab chiqildi hamda institutsional yetuklikning boshlang‘ich, o‘rta va yuqori bosqichlari tavsiflandi. Olingan natijalar asosida shartnoma siyosatini takomillashtirish, ijro ko‘rsatkichlarini joriy etish, hujjat aylanishini raqamlashtirish va ishlab chiqarish zanjiri uzluksizligini ta’minlash bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
