Аннотация

Tezisda davlat tashqi qarzini qayta moliyalashtirishda iqtisodiy diplomatiyaning oʻrni oʻrganildi. Oʻzbekistonning 2022-2025-yillardagi beshta moliyalashtirish operatsiyasi rasmiy hujjatlar asosida qiyoslandi. Muzokara, qaror, kreditning kuchga kirishi, mablagʻ berilishi va qarz toʻloviga bogʻlanish bosqichlari ajratildi. Ikki operatsiyada mablagʻ toʻliq berilgani tasdiqlandi, biroq uning muayyan qarz toʻloviga yoʻnaltirilgani aniqlanmadi. Moliyalashtirish imkoniyati bilan xatarning kamayishi farqlandi. Valyuta va muddatlar boʻyicha toʻlov taʼminotini kuzatish hamda yagona reyestr yuritish mezonlari taklif etildi. Natijalar qarz boshqaruvi va xalqaro moliyaviy hamkorlikni muvofiqlashtirishga yoʻnaltirildi.
