ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ СИСТЕМЫ КПЭ ПРИ ОЦЕНКЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА НА ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯХ ЖЕЛЕЗНОДОРОЖНОГО ТРАНСПОРТА
Аннотация
В данном исследовании изучено влияние внедрения системы ключевых показателей эффективности (KPI) на производственную эффективность предприятий железнодорожного транспорта. В рамках исследования проанализированы теоретические основы системы KPI, её применен ие в железнодорожной отрасли, а также роль в повышении операционной эффективности. Эмпирический анализ проведён на основе метода анализа данных (DEA) и методологии общей эффективности оборудования (OEE). В исследовании даны практические рекомендации по вне дрению системы KPI для предприятий железнодорожного транспорта.
