Аннотация

В данной статье проанализированы теоретические и практические аспекты управления товарными запасами в розничных торговых предприятиях. В ходе исследования рассмотрено влияние эффективного управления запасами на экономическую эффективность, применение совре менных технологий, а также проведен сравнительный анализ традиционных и инновационных методов. Полученные результаты имеют важное практическое значение для совершенствования стратегий управления запасами в розничных компаниях.
