ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКИМ РЕСУРСОМ И УПРАВЛЕНИЯ В ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ В БИЗНЕСЕ
Аннотация
В данной статье теоретически проанализировано взаимное влияние управления человеческими ресурсами и управленческих стратегий на повышение конкурентоспособности субъектов предпринимательства. В ходе исследования в качестве основы были взяты ресурсный подход и теория человеческого капитала. Выявлено влияние высокоэффективных трудовых систем, стратегических HRM -практик и трансформационного лидерства на мотивацию сотрудников и организационную эффективность. Разработана концептуальная модель формирования конкуре нтных преимуществ через согласование SHRM и управления. На основе научных источников оценены существующие теории, обобщены результаты эмпирических исследований и сформулированы практические рекомендации. Научно обоснована значимость стратегического подхода к человеческим ресурсам.
