Аннотация

В данном исследовании проанализирована важная роль систем управления взаимоотношениями с клиентами (CRM) при реализации стратегий цифрового маркетинга в коммерческих банках. Рассмотрено значение CRM -систем для повышения эффективности банковских услуг, укре пления клиентской лояльности и обеспечения конкурентоспособности. В методологическом плане использован анализ вторичных данных и систематический обзор отраслевых отчетов. Исследование предлагает практические рекомендации по внедрению CRM -систем в банковско м секторе Узбекистана.
