РАСШИРЕНИЕ ЦИФРОВЫХ ВОЗМОЖНОСТЕЙ ЧЕРЕЗ ВНЕДРЕНИЕ ERP-СИСТЕМ, НАПРАВЛЕННЫХ НА ЦИФРОВУЮ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИЯ

Аннотация

В данной статье проанализированы эффективные подходы к внедрению информационных систем ERP, DMS и AIS в процессы производства и управления. Установлено, что использование цифровых технологий способствует оптимизации рабочих процессов, снижению издержек и повышению качества продукции. Кроме того, рассмотрены возможности усиления финансового контроля и обеспечения безопасности документооборота. В ходе исследования выявлены организационно -экономические преимущества внедрения те хнологий, а также представлены пр актические рекомендации по их эффективному применению .

Abstra ct This article analyzes effective approaches to implementing ERP, DMS, and AIS information systems in production and management processes. It is established that the use of digital technologies contributes to process optimization, cost reduction, and improve d product quality. Furthermore, the study examines the enhancement of financial control and the security of document flow. The research identifies the organizational and economic benefits of technology implementation and provides practical recommendatio ns for their efficient application .
