Аннотация

В данной работе проанализированы современные подходы к управлению производственными запасами в хлопкоперерабатывающих кластерах. Рассмотрены возможности применения ERP-систем, искусственного интеллекта, цифровой логистики и автоматизированных складских решений для эффективного контроля за запасами в режиме реального времени. Особое внимание уделено роли человеческого капитала и необходимости непрерывного обучения. На основе анализа предложены практические рекомендации по повышению эффективности кластеров.
