ОПЫТ РАЗВИТЫХ ЗАРУБЕЖНЫХ СТРАН В ФОРМИРОВАНИИ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Аннотация

Настоящая статья анализирует опыт передовых зарубежных стран в формировании инновационной экономики с помощью систематического обзора литературы ( SLR). На основе руководства PRISMA проведен тематический анализ нескольких научных источников, опубликованных в последние годы из баз данных Scopus, Web of Science и ResearchGate. Результаты показывают, что в странах, таких как США, Европейский Союз, Япония и Южная Корея, многонациональные корпорации, глобальные цепочки создания стоимости и инновации в развивающих ся экономиках успешно развиваются. Учитывая тенденции, такие как искусственный интеллект, цифровая трансформация и устойчивое развитие, для экономик переходного периода рекомендуется увеличение расходов на НИОКР, стимулирование инвестиций частного сектора и укрепление глобального сотрудничества. Исследование подчеркивает необходимость адаптации инновационной политики в развивающихся странах к передовым практикам.
