СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ НА ОСНОВЕ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ УСТОЙЧИВЫХ КОНКУРЕНТНЫХ ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВ ВУЗОВ

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются теоретико -концептуальные основы совершенствования стратегического управления в высших образовательных учреждениях (ВОУ) посредством формирования устойчивых конкурентных преимуществ. На основе нарративного обзора литературы, включаю щего 30 научных источников, индексированных в базах данных Scopus и Web of Science за 2012 –2022 годы, анализируются понятия конкуренции, конкурентоспособности и устойчивого конкурентного преимущества. В работе рассматриваются ключевые тематические направле ния, источники и виды конкуренции, их положительные и отрицательные последствия, стратегии совершенствования, а также концептуальные взаимосвязи. Выводы представлены в логически взаимосвязанной форме, при этом теоретические основы адаптированы к контексту развивающихся стран, включая государства Центральной Азии. Статья не содержит эконометрического анализа и основана исключительно на теоретическом и концептуальном подходе.
