ПОВЫШЕНИЕ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ ЗА СЧЕТ ОПТИМИЗАЦИИ ИЗдержек ПРОИЗВОДСТВА В ТЕКСТИЛЬНОЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ
Аннотация
В статье были проанализированы факторы повышения конкурентоспособности текстильной промышленности на основе оптимизации производственных затрат. В ходе исследования была изучена структура себестоимости, включая затраты на сырьё, энергию, трудовые ресурсы и технологии, а также их влияние на экономическую эффективность предприятий. На основе сравнительного анализа были выявлены конкурентные преимущества и ограничивающие факторы текстильной отрасли Узбекистана по сравнению с международными производителями. Был а обоснована роль бережливого производства, технологий Industry 4.0 и принципов устойчивого производства в снижении затрат и повышении эффективности использования ресурсов. Полученные результаты подтвердили, что научно обоснованное управление производствен ными затратами способствует укреплению конкурентных позиций и обеспечению устойчивого развития текстильных предприятий.
