Mazkur ilmiy maqolada «yashil energetika»dan foydalanishning xorij tajribasi va
uni Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi amaliyotida joriy etish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqotda 2020-2024 yillar davomida Xitoy, Germaniya, Hindiston va Birlashgan
Arab Amirliklarida qayta tiklanuvchi energiya quvvatlarining oʻsish dinamikasi
statistik maʼlumotlar asosida oʻrganildi. Quyosh fotoelektrik va shamol energetikasi
boʻyicha jadvallar shakllantirilib, ularning oʻsish surʼatlari, institutsional mexanizmlari
va investitsiya modellari tahlil qilindi. Maqolada xorij tajribasidan kelib chiqqan holda
Oʻzbekiston sharoitida quyosh va shamol energetikasini bosqichma-bosqich
kengaytirish, davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish, tarmoq
modernizatsiyasi va energiya saqlash tizimlarini joriy etish boʻyicha ilmiy asoslangan
takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
