Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada energetika ta’minoti tizimida texnologik eskirish muammolari
va ularni bartaraf etishning iqtisodiy mexanizmlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda uzatish va
taqsimlash tarmoqlarining eskirish darajasi, texnik yo‘qotishlar hamda investitsion
ehtiyojlar baholandi. Tarif islohoti, davlat-xususiy sheriklik, uglerod kreditlari va
aralash moliyalashtirish vositalarining o‘zaro ta’siri o‘rganildi. Natijalar texnologik
yangilanishni moliyalashtirish ko‘p manbali yondashuv asosida amalga oshirilganini
ko‘rsatdi. Energetika infratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish iqtisodiy samaradorlik va
energiya xavfsizligini ta’minlashda muhim omil sifatida belgilandi. Tadqiqot yakunida
mexanizmlarni integratsiyalash asosida amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
