IMPROVING MECHANISMS FOR ATTRACTING INVESTMENT IN RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

В статье исследованы механизмы привлечения инвестиций в проекты возобновляемой энергетики, создаваемые промышленными предприятиями для собственных нужд. Автор обобщил теорию соотношения риска и доходности инвестиционных решений, концепции стоимости капитала и снижения рисков и интерпретировал корпоративные договоры купли-продажи электроэнергии, продажу излишков в сеть, зеленые кредиты, зеленые облигации, энергосервисные контракты и смешанное финансирование с участием международных финансовых институтов как единую систему. На основе формулы приведенной стоимости электроэнергии установлено, что при росте средневзвешенной стоимости капитала с 4 до 20 процентов приведенная стоимость электроэнергии солнечной станции возрастает в 2,7 раза. Результаты показали, что институциональные меры, снижающие стоимость капитала, выступают ключевым фактором эффективности проектов. Систематизированы финансовые и правовые инструменты, созданные в Узбекистане для промышленных предприятий. Разработана концептуальная модель и обоснованы предложения по привлечению инвестиций. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы промышленными предприятиями, коммерческими банками и государственными органами при определении условий финансирования проектов возобновляемой энергетики.
