Аннотация

В статье была исследована роль Бухарского государственного университета в развитии зелёной экономики через образование, практику кампуса и трансфер знаний. В рамках исследования университета были применены сравнительный и количественный анализ международных рейтингов и университетских данных. Были оценены относительная рейтинговая позиция, результаты отдельных направлений и возможности дальнейшего развития. Экономические показатели солнечной электростанции были рассмотрены через приведённую стоимость электроэнергии и срок окупаемости инвестиций. Анализ выявил улучшение относительной рейтинговой позиции и обозначил приоритеты управления отходами, чистого транспорта и зелёных стартапов. Была разработана основанная на знаниях зелёная модель, связавшая образование, исследования, инфраструктуру кампуса и региональное сотрудничество через обратную связь. Модель была предложена для координации университетской деятельности в интересах устойчивого развития.
