GLOBAL ECONOMIC INTEGRATION AS A CONTROL MECHANISM FOR CIRCULAR BIOECONOMY TRANSITION: ENVIRONMENTAL ACCELERATION EVIDENCE FROM UZBEKISTAN
Аннотация
В статье были изучены управленческие возможности глобальной экономической интеграции при переходе к циркулярной биоэкономике на примере Узбекистана. Вторичные данные международных организаций и национальных источников были рассмотрены методами описательного и сравнительного анализа. Процесс вступления во Всемирную торговую организацию, преференции GSP+ и механизмы расширенного партнёрства были рассмотрены во взаимосвязи с экологическим мониторингом, подотчётностью и трансфером технологий. Были систематизированы показатели переработки отходов, потенциала биомассы и торговой интеграции. Было отмечено временное совпадение интеграционных этапов и экологических реформ без установления причинности. Была предложена концептуальная модель взаимодействия международного сотрудничества, национальных институтов и экологических результатов. Были определены направления согласования статистики, развития региональной инфраструктуры и использования биомассы для совершенствования управления циркулярной биоэкономикой.Ключевые слова
