MODA INDUSTRIYASIDA SIRKULYAR MAHSULOTLARNI BOZORDA ILGARI SURISHNING RAQAMLI MARKETING STRATEGIYALARINI ISHLAB CHIQISH
Аннотация
В статье исследованы цифровые маркетинговые стратегии продвижения на рынке циркулярной продукции индустрии моды, то есть одежды, предназначенной для перепродажи, аренды, ремонта, апсайклинга, а также изготовленной из переработанного волокна. Автор обобщил теории циркулярной экономики, медленной моды и продуктово-сервисных систем и систематизировал мотивы потребителей и барьеры восприятия циркулярной одежды. На основе официальной статистики оценены структура текстильного экспорта Узбекистана, объём электронной торговли и показатели крупного маркетплейса. Предложены матрица соответствия циркулярных бизнес-моделей и цифровых инструментов, индекс эффективности цифрового маркетинга и показатель доли циркулярной выручки. Разработана концептуальная модель, объединяющая цифровой паспорт продукции, контент-сторителлинг, социальную коммерцию и ценовые инструменты. Обоснованы практические предложения по продвижению циркулярных коллекций национальных модных брендов в цифровых каналах и поэтапному внедрению цифрового паспорта продукции, а также по созданию циркулярной категории на маркетплейсах. Предложенные показатели позволяют брендам регулярно оценивать процессную и результативную эффективность цифровой стратегии.Ключевые слова
