Аннотация

В статье были рассмотрены возможности интеграции производства и переработки химических волокон с возобновляемыми источниками энергии. Применялись системный подход, сравнительный анализ научных публикаций, структурный анализ и концептуальное моделирование. Технологические стадии были классифицированы по потребностям в электричестве, тепле и температурным уровням. Была разработана модель, объединившая солнечные электростанции, тепловые коллекторы, тепловые насосы, использование остаточного тепла и договоры покупки электроэнергии. Были предложены показатели оценки углеродного следа энергопотребления и степени энергетической интеграции. Была обоснована значимость согласованного выбора вторичного сырья и источников энергии. Предложения были направлены на совершенствование проектных решений, финансирования и экологической отчётности предприятий. Результаты сформировали основу для последующей проверки модели на фактических энергетических балансах текстильного производства.
