Annotatsiya

Agrosanoat majmuasini rivojlantirishni tartibga soluvchi meʼyoriy-huquqiy hujjatlarga koʻra, qishloq xoʻjaligiga ixtisoslashtirilgan yerlardan samarali va unumli foydalanish, yoʻl qoʻyilgan kamchiliklarni oʻz vaqtida qoplash va bartaraf etish. Yetishtirilgan mahsulotlarni eksport-import operatsiyalarini amalga oshirishda jismoniy va yuridik shaxslar tomonidan bajarilishi majburiy hisoblangan vazifalarni Inspeksiyaning hududiy boshqarmalari tomonidan tegishli xulosalarni berish vazifasi yuklatilgan.

Аннотация

Эффективное и продуктивное использование земель сельскохозяйственного назначения, своевременная компенсация и устранение недостатков в соответствии с нормативными актами, регулирующими развитие агропромышленного комплекса. Региональным подразделениям Инспекции поручено предоставить соответствующие заключения по задачам, которые считаются обязательными для физических и юридических лиц при осуществлении экспортно-импортных операций выращенной продукции.

Annotation

Effective and productive use of agricultural land, timely compensation and elimination of deficiencies in accordance with the regulations governing the development of the agro-industrial complex. Regional departments of the Inspectorate are assigned the task of issuing relevant conclusions on tasks that are considered mandatory for physical and legal entities in the implementation of export-import operations of grown products.
