УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ИННОВАЦИЯМИ В СФЕРЕ ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИЯ НА РЕГИОНАЛЬНОМ УРОВНЕ

Аннотация.
В данном исследовании представлены результаты, касающиеся ключевых вопросов организации и управления инновационной деятельностью в системе здравоохранения на региональном уровне. Основной целью работы стало создание и научное обоснование концептуальной модели управления инновациями в региональном здравоохранении, а также внедрение организационных механизмов для её реализации и оценка их эффективности в сфере лечебно-диагностических технологий. Задачи исследования включали анализ состояния существующей системы организации, выявление проблем, препятствующих развитию, определение перспектив и обоснование необходимых изменений в области инновационной деятельности в здравоохранении и медицинской науке на региональном уровне.

Annotatsiya.
Ushbu tadqiqot sog‘liqni saqlash tizimidagi innovatsiyalarni mintaqaviy darajada tashkil etish va boshqarishning asosiy masalalari bo‘yicha natijalarni taqdim etadi. Ishning asosiy maqsadi mintaqaviy sog‘liqni saqlash sohasidagi innovatsiyalarni boshqarishning kontseptual modelini yaratish va ilmiy asoslash, shuningdek, uni amalga oshirish uchun tashkiliy mexanizmlarni joriy etish va ularning davolash hamda diagnostika texnologiyalari sohasidagi samaradorligini baholash edi. Tadqiqotning vazifalari mavjud tashkilot tizimining holatini tahlil qilish, rivojlanishga to‘sqinlik qiladigan muammolarni aniqlash, istiqbollarni aniqlash va mintaqaviy darajada sog‘liqni saqlash hamda tibbiyot fanida innovatsiyalar sohasidagi zarur o‘zgarishlarni asoslashni o‘z ichiga olgan.

Abstract
This study presents the results concerning the key issues of the organization and management of innovation activities in the healthcare system at the regional level. The main purpose of the work was to create and scientifically substantiate a conceptual model of innovation management in regional healthcare, as well as to introduce organizational mechanisms for its implementation and evaluate their effectiveness in the field of medical and diagnostic technologies. The objectives of the study included an analysis of the state of the existing organizational system, identification of problems hindering development, identification of prospects, and justification of necessary changes in the field of innovation in healthcare and medical science at the regional level.
