EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT IS ONE OF THE MAIN PRIORITY DIRECTIONS IN PERSONNEL POLICY
Abstract
This article analyzes the state of the international labor market, the role and importance of training processes in improving employee performance in companies, and the experience of foreign countries in the field of professional development. It also exami nes the current situation using the example of the local labor market and highlights the significance of investments aimed at developing human capital. The study explores company practices aimed at enhancing employeesʼ professional skills and forming a tea m of qualified specialists to improve operational efficiency. The academic work discusses modern tools available in the labor market for employee development — including coaching, seminars, training sessions, webinars, and master classes. It also analyzes the forms of training used in practice, such as traditional (offline) and distance (online) learning, with attention to their respective advantages and disadvantages.
