Аннотация

В статье были исследованы зарубежный опыт и методологические подходы к развитию стратегической гибкости предприятий на основе динамических способностей. Посредством интегративного обзора литературы, сравнительного институционального анализа и анализа содержания был обобщён опыт компаний шести стран. Были сопоставлены механизмы восприятия изменений, использования возможностей и трансформации, систематизированы пять подходов к оценке. Была разработана трёхуровневая концептуальная модель, объединившая управленческие микрооснования, организационные динамические способности и результаты стратегической гибкости. Была предложена методика интегрального индекса с субъективными и объективными показателями. Была обоснована интерпретация индекса с учётом динамизма отраслевой среды. Были сформированы рекомендации по мониторингу, распределению полномочий, развитию руководителей и периодической диагностике. Эмпирическая проверка модели и индекса была определена направлением дальнейших исследований.
