Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini tartibga solishda innovatsion
yondashuvlarning nazariy asoslari va amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot
davomida Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, Open
Innovation hamda Sanoat 4.0 konsepsiyalarining ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga
taʼsiri oʻrganilgan. Adabiyotlar tahlili asosida innovatsion yondashuvlarning strategik,
taktik va operatsion qatlamlardan iborat integral modeli ishlab chiqilgan. Natijalar
raqamli texnologiyalar, bilim boshqaruvi va tashkiliy innovatsiyalarni kompleks
qoʻllash ishlab chiqarish samaradorligi hamda resurslar unumdorligini oshirishini
koʻrsatgan. Tadqiqotda innovatsion yondashuvlarni ISO 9001:2015 standartlari bilan
integratsiyalash korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirishga xizmat qilishi
asoslab berilgan.
