Аннотация
Mazkur tadqiqotda temir yo‘l transporti tarmog‘ining innovatsion rivojlanishi sharoitida investitsiya samaradorligini baholash metodikasi takomillashtirildi. Moliyaviy samaradorlik, texnik unumdorlik, innovatsion yetuklik va barqarorlik mezonlarini birlashtiruvchi integral yondashuv ishlab chiqildi. Temir yo‘l infratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish, elektrlashtirish va raqamlashtirish loyihalarining iqtisodiy natijalari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijasida investitsiya qarorlarini asoslash, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va tarmoq raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar shakllantirildi.
