TEMIR YOʻL TRANSPORTINING INNOVATSION RIVOJLANISHINI BOSHQARISHNING INTEGRATSIYALASHGAN METODOLOGIYASI
Аннотация
Mazkur maqolada temir yo‘l transportining innovatsion rivojlanishini boshqarishning integratsiyalashgan metodologiyasi ilmiy jihatdan ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqotda innovatsiyalarni diagnostika qilish, texnologik tayyorlik darajasini baholash, ko‘p mezonli saralash, iqtisodiy baholash, raqamli integratsiya va monitoring bosqichlari yagona boshqaruv tizimi sifatida tizimlashtirildi. Xalqaro tajriba hamda O‘zbekiston temir yo‘l transporti sohasiga oid empirik ma’lumotlar asosida metodologiyaning amaliy qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari baholandi. Natijalar innovatsion loyihalarni tanlash, resurslardan samarali foydalanish, boshqaruv qarorlarining asoslanganligini oshirish va Railway 4.0 konsepsiyasini bosqichmabosqich joriy etishga xizmat qilganini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot yakunida innovatsion boshqaruvni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
