CIRCULAR APPROACHES TO AGRICULTURAL WASTE MANAGEMENT: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF GERMANY, CHINA, INDIA, THE EUROPEAN UNION AND UZBEKISTAN

Аннотация

В статье были сопоставлены подходы к управлению сельскохозяйственными отходами на принципах циркулярной экономики в Германии, Китае, Индии, Европейском союзе и Узбекистане. Были систематизированы научные публикации, институциональные отчёты, государственные документы и статистические данные. Сравнивались направления использования растительных остатков, отходов животноводства и побочных продуктов переработки для получения компоста, биоудобрений, кормов и биоэнергии. Подчёркивалось значение сочетания технологий со стандартами качества, финансовыми стимулами, инфраструктурой и рыночными механизмами. Для Узбекистана был предложен концептуальный подход к комплексному управлению потоками биоресурсов. Были сформулированы рекомендации по раздельному сбору, производству биогаза, цифровому мониторингу и региональным циркулярным кластерам. Рассматривались пилотные проекты в Бухарской области. Была отмечена необходимость отдельной количественной оценки фактического ресурсного потенциала.
