CIRCULAR APPROACHES TO AGRICULTURAL WASTE MANAGEMENT: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF GERMANY, CHINA, INDIA, THE EUROPEAN UNION AND UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
The article compared circular approaches to agricultural waste management in Germany, China, India, the European Union and Uzbekistan. Scientific publications, institutional reports, government documents and statistics were synthesised. Composting, biofertilizer production, feed use and bioenergy recovery from crop residues, manure and processing byproducts were examined. The analysis highlighted the importance of combining technologies with quality standards, financial incentives, infrastructure and market mechanisms. An integrated biological resource flow management approach was proposed for Uzbekistan. Recommendations addressed separate collection, biogas production, digital monitoring and regional circular clusters. Pilot opportunities in Bukhara were considered, while dedicated quantitative assessment of actual resource potential was identified as necessary. Keywords
