WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL TOURISM AS A DRIVER OF POVERTY REDUCTION IN BUKHARA REGION: A CIRCULAR BIOECONOMY APPROACH

Аннотация

В статье были изучены возможности развития женского предпринимательства и сокращения бедности через сельский туризм в Бухарской области на основе циркулярной биоэкономики. Применялись кластеризация районов, разведочные опросы туристов, представителей отрасли и сельских жителей, а также сценарная оценка. Были выявлены заинтересованность населения в предоставлении туристических услуг и условия её реализации. Разработана цепочка создания стоимости, объединившая местную продукцию, семейные гостевые дома, ремёсла и переработку биологических отходов. Предложена пятиэтапная программа обучения, финансирования и поддержки выхода женщин на туристические рынки. Определены показатели мониторинга доходов, занятости и использования ресурсов. При интерпретации результатов были учтены ограничения небольших выборок и необходимость последующей проверки эффективности предложенной программы в регионе.
