PROSPECTS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE NEW LEVEL OF PERSONNEL SELECTION BASED ON THE OUTSOURCING SYSTEM

Abstract

This article examines the topic of the new stage of personnel selection, as well as the prospects for the implementation of the outsourcing system. In addition, the article analyzes the advantages of the outsourcing system, its application to public servic es, and the possibilities of personnel selection at a new stage. The study examines the optimal management of personnel resources through outsourcing, attracting young, potential personnel to the field, the effectiveness of cooperation between state agenci es and enterprises, and social and economic aspects.
