Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarining raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashdagi asosiy tahdidlar va imkoniyatlar tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada moliyaviy qiyinchiliklar, "miya oqishi" (brain drain), globallashuv va texnologik o‘zgarishlar kabi tahdidlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, texnologik innovatsiyalarni joriy etish, xalqaro hamkorlikni kuchaytirish, ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyatiga e’tibor qaratish va maxsus dasturlarni ishlab chiqish kabi imkoniyatlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola oliy ta’lim muassasalari oldida turgan raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish masalalarini kompleks tahlil qilishga qaratilgan.
