Аннотация

The article is based on the fact that the assessment of the production potential of enterprises is one of the most important aspects of effective production development. Production potential is divided into four stages, and each stage is described separately. The use of the developed methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the production potential of grain processing enterprises allows enterprise managers to take a systematic approach to the assessment process.
