KIMYO SANOATI KORXONALARIDA INVESTITSION LOYIHALARNI BOSHQARISH SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISHDA INNOVATSION TEXNOLOGIYALARNI JORIY ETISH

Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda kimyo sanoati korxonalarida investitsion loyihalarni boshqarish jarayonlariga innovatsion texnologiyalarni tatbiq etishning samaradorlik koʻrsatkichlariga taʼsiri oʻrganilgan. Tahlil natijalarda ERP tizimlari, sunʼiy intellekt algoritmlari, IoT sensorlari va raqamli egizaklar kabi texnologik yechimlarni integratsiyalash loyihalarni rejalashtirish aniqligini 27 foizga, resurslarni taqsimlash samaradorligini 29 foizga oshirgan. Metodologik jihatdan kontent-tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil va ekspert baholash usullaridan foydalanilgan. Natijalar kimyo sanoatida raqamlashtirish strategiyalari investitsion qaytarilish muddatini qisqartirishi va boshqaruv sifatini tubdan yaxshilashini tasdiqlagan.
