Mazkur tezisda Urganch shahrining infratuzilmasini barqaror rivojlantirishda ekologik omillarning oʻrni keng tahlil etilgan. Yashil hududlar, suv infratuzilmasi va raqamli texnologiyalar asosida ekologik boshqaruvning zamonaviy shakllari koʻrib chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda xalqaro tajribalar mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirilib, barqarorlikka erishish uchun amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Urban muhitni ekologik xavfsiz qilishda “rewilding”, “sponge city”, va “smart city” konsepsiyalarining moslashtirilgan modellaridan foydalanish taklif etilgan.
