Аннотация

Maqola ekologik holati ogʻir mintaqalarning rivojlanish strategiyalarini amalga oshirishda toʻplangan xorijiy tajribani nazariy-amaliy yoʻnalishda koʻrib chiqdi. Tadqiqot Germaniyaning Rur havzasi, Xitoyning Lyoss platosi, Yevropa Ittifoqining koʻmir mintaqalari va Oʻzbekistonning Orol boʻyi misolida joriy etilgan integratsiyalashgan yondashuvlarni qiyosiy asosda umumlashtirdi. Oʻrganish uchun Jahon banki, Yevropa Komissiyasi, Yevropa Investitsiya banki, Iqtisodiy hamkorlik va taraqqiyot tashkiloti hamda Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining rasmiy hujjatlaridan foydalanildi. Tahlil hududiy salohiyatga tayangan, koʻp manbali moliyalashtirish bilan mustahkamlangan va jamiyat ishtirokiga asoslangan strategiyalar barqaror natija berishini ochib berdi. Maqola olingan xulosalar negizida Oʻzbekiston sharoitiga moslashuvchi amaliy tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqdi. Natijalar mintaqaviy siyosatni takomillashtirishga xizmat qildi.
