SANOAT KLASTERLARIDA INNOVATSION FAOLIYATNI BOSHQARISHNING ZAMONAVIY MEXANIZMLARI

Аннотация

Maqolada sanoat klasterlarida innovatsion faoliyatni boshqarishning zamonaviy mexanizmlari tizimli ravishda tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda 2020-2025-yillarda chop etilgan xalqaro ilmiy manbalar qiyosiy yondashuv asosida oʻrganildi hamda institutsional-siyosiy, tarmoq-kommunikatsion, raqamli-platforma, inson-tashkiliy va ekotizim mexanizmlaridan iborat konseptual tasnif ishlab chiqildi. Natijalar innovatsion samaradorlik alohida vositalarga emas, balki boshqaruv qatlamlarining oʻzaro muvofiqlashgan holda ishlashiga bogʻliq ekanligini koʻrsatdi. Klaster siyosatining ayrim cheklovlari ilmiy jihatdan baholandi va ularni mahalliy sharoitlarga moslashtirish zarurligi asoslandi. Tadqiqot sanoat klasterlarida innovatsion rivojlanishni kuchaytirish hamda barqaror iqtisodiy oʻsishni taʼminlash uchun nazariy asos yaratdi.
