KORXONALARDA OPERATSION BOSHQARUV SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISHNING IQTISODIY MEXANIZMLARI

Аннотация

Maqolada korxonalarda operatsion boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishning iqtisodiy mexanizmlari tadqiq etildi. Operatsion samaradorlikka ta’sir etuvchi nazariy yondashuvlar qiyosiy tahlil qilindi hamda ularning natijaviylik kanallari tizimlashtirildi. Resurslarni taqsimlash, rag‘batlantirish va axborot-nazorat mexanizmlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi asoslandi. Operatsion boshqaruv samaradorligini ifodalovchi institutsional-infratuzilmaviy, mexanizm va natija qatlamlaridan tashkil topgan model ishlab chiqildi. Resurs unumdorligi, jarayon barqarorligi va moslashuv tezligini qamrab oluvchi ko‘p mezonli integral baholash usuli taklif etildi. Olingan natijalar asosida operatsion jarayonlarni takomillashtirish, boshqaruv ko‘rsatkichlarini tizimlashtirish, ichki zaxiralarni aniqlash va axborot-nazorat mexanizmlarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy takliflar shakllantirildi.
