USE OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT METHODS IN BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Abstract
The development of entrepreneurship, along with many other factors, also depends on innovative activity. The article studies the issues of innovation management in enterprises engaged in entrepreneurial activity, analyzes the current state of innovation ma nagement in business entities, and provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of innovative activity.
