Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются основные тенденции международной торговли циркулярными товарами, произведенными в рамках “зеленой” экономики и проанализированы возможности и риски, обусловленные торговлей циркулярными товарами. Некорректная идентификация товара, пробелы Гармонизированной системы (НS), противоречия между HS и положениями Базельской конвенции применительно к торговле отходами определены как основные проблемы в торговле этими товарами.
