Annotatsiya

Maqolada “yashil ” iqtisodiyot doirasida investitsiya jarayonlarini boshqarish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirishning iqtisodiy jihatlari tahlil qilingan . Barqaror moliyalashtirish vositalari – yashil obligatsiyalar, ESG investitsiyalari va iqlim fondlari – ilmiy asosda oʻrganilgan. Institutsional mexanizmlar va moliyaviy ragʻbatlantirish choralari asosida konseptual model ishlab chiqilgan. Rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar uchun “yashil” kapitalga kirishdagi toʻsiqlar aniqlangan. Empirik maʼlumotlar asosida ESG sam aradorligi bilan moliyaviy natijalar oʻrtasidagi ijobiy bogʻliqlik isbotlangan. Davlat byudjetlari cheklangan sharoitda “yashil” moliyalashtirish hajmini kengaytirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari milliy darajadagi ba rqaror investitsiya siyosatlarini shakllantirishda qoʻllanilishi mumkin.
