IMPROVING FOOD MARKET ASSESSMENT METHODS
Abstract
This article analyzes existing methods of assessing the conjuncture of the food market and proposes scientifically grounded recommendations for improving their effectiveness. During the research, the specific features of regional food markets, major factor s influencing price formation, and supply -demand relationships were thoroughly studied. The necessity of improving economic -statistical methods for market conjuncture assessment was scientifically substantiated. Additionally, the author explores the potent ial for utilizing modern digital technologies and information 418 systems to rapidly and accurately assess market conditions, presenting relevant scientific and practical recommendations.
