MINTAQAVIY IQTISODIY RIVOJLANISHDA TRANSPORT INFRATUZILMASINING IJTIMOIY TABAQALASHUVGA TAʼSIRI
Annotatsiya
Tadqiqot mintaqaviy iqtisodiy rivojlanish tizimida transport infratuzilmasining
ijtimoiy tabaqalashuv jarayonlariga taʼsir mexanizmlarini nazariy va amaliy jihatdan
oʻrganib chiqdi. Muallif transport tarmogʻining bandlik darajasi, daromad taqsimoti,
mehnat va xizmat bozorlariga jismoniy yetib borish imkoniyatlari hamda hududlarning
iqtisodiy faolligi oʻrtasidagi konseptual bogʻliqlikni ifodaladi. Ish davomida
mintaqalararo iqtisodiy asimmetriyaning kelib chiqish manbalari aniqlandi va transport
tarmogʻining ushbu farqlanishni yumshatishdagi vositachilik roli tizimlashtirildi.
Tadqiqot Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi sharoitida transport infratuzilmasi rivojlanishining
tabaqalashuvni qisqartirish potensialini Stat.uz, Jahon banki va ADB rasmiy
maʼlumotlari asosida baholadi. Olingan natijalar transport infratuzilmasini hududiy
taraqqiyot strategiyasining tarkibiy elementi sifatida qarashning maqsadga
muvofiqligini tasdiqladi. Ish amaliy iqtisodiy siyosat uchun yoʻnaltirilgan takliflar
shaklida umumlashtirildi va periferiya viloyatlarining ulanish darajasini oshirish
boʻyicha aniq yoʻnalishlarni ifodaladi.
