Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada to‘qimachilik sanoatida ishlab chiqarish raqobatbardoshligini
oshirishda mehnat unumdorligining o‘rni tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida mehnat
unumdorligi ko‘rsatkichlari va ularning ishlab chiqarish hajmi, eksport salohiyati
hamda qo‘shimcha qiymatga ta’siri baholandi. O‘zbekiston to‘qimachilik tarmog‘ining
2018-2025-yillardagi rivojlanish dinamikasi asosida empirik natijalar umumlashtirildi.
Tahlil natijalari mehnat unumdorligi oshishi texnologik modernizatsiya, vertikal
integratsiya va kadrlar malakasini oshirish bilan bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek,
mehnat unumdorligi eksport raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytiruvchi asosiy omil sifatida
namoyon bo‘ldi. Tadqiqot yakunida tarmoqni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan
xulosalar ishlab chiqildi.
