THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE FORMATION OF THE REGIONAL FOOD MARKET
Abstract
This article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and development of the regional food market based on a systematic approach. In a market economy, the importance of the regional food market in ensuring food security, balance d satisfaction of the needs of the population, and smoothing out interregional imbalances is increasing. The article studies existing theoretical approaches to these markets within the framework of economic sciences and reinterprets them in the context of their regional characteristics. Based on foreign experience, the views of 271 classical and modern schools, the criteria for assessing the regional food market are determined. The article also proposes methodological approaches based on a systematic analysis.
