TRANSFORMATSIYALASH SHAROITIDA OLIY TAʼLIM MUASSASALARINING RAQAMLI YETUKLIK DARAJASINI BAHOLASH METODOLOGIYASINI ISHLAB CHIQISH
Abstract
Mazkur tadqiqotda transformatsiyalash sharoitida oliy taʼlim muassasalarining
raqamli yetuklik darajasini baholash metodologiyasi ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot
davomida DigCompOrg, DigCompEdu, SELFIE va oliy taʼlimga yoʻnaltirilgan
xalqaro yetuklik modellari qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Natijada strategik boshqaruv, oʻqitish
va oʻrganish, raqamli kompetensiyalar, sifat kafolati, raqamli kontent, AKT
infratuzilmasi hamda raqamli madaniyatni qamrab oluvchi yetti oʻlchamli baholash
tizimi shakllantirildi. Taklif etilgan metodologiya raqamli rivojlanish holatini
kompleks baholash, kuchli va rivojlantirilishi zarur boʻlgan yoʻnalishlarni aniqlash
imkonini berdi. Tadqiqot natijalari universitetlarda strategik rejalashtirishni
takomillashtirish, raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarini monitoring qilish va
boshqaruv qarorlarini asoslash uchun amaliy asos yaratdi.
