Abstract
The topic of requirements for service personnel in public and private organizations in the tourism sector and their personal characteristics is of great importance in the development of tourism and in meeting customer needs. In the training of personnel in this field, it becomes necessary to develop the professional and personal qualities of students, as well as to set clear requirements for them. This article examines what these requirements and personal qualities of employees should be.Keywords
