Abstract

The article provides an in-depth analysis of the experience of foreign countries in eliminating disparities in the socio-economic development of regions. The causes of disparities in regional development and advanced foreign experiences in eliminating them are considered. In particular, based on the experience of developed countries such as Germany, Japan, South Korea, China, the USA, Northern European countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway) and Asian countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan), the main methods and tools used to reduce interregional differences are identified. Models used in foreign countries in the form of public-private partnerships, clustering, digital transformation, and regional growth poles are analyzed, and practical proposals are developed for their use in the conditions of Uzbekistan.
